Some Projects I’ve Worked On

RateYourMusic, Pt. 1: Scraping & Wrangling

Using R packages (Rvest and Tidyverse), I wrote a script to pull chart info from RateYourMusic.com and turned the raw data into a clean, unified dataset, which was shared on Kaggle.com.

RateYourMusic, Pt. 2: Analysis & Visualization

Used R to analyze the dataset created in Part 1, and Plotly to create a dashboard of visualizations. Analysis includes text mining and time series analysis.

Visualizing Census Data on Black American Population Growth

Using US Census Bureau estimates, I created a Tableau dashboard to visualize the growth and relative population density of Black Americans, per state, over the course of a decade (2010-2020).

HR Analytics - Modeling Employee Attrition

For a grad-level Business Analytics course, my team and I modeled employee attrition using three machine learning methods and used the results to consult on ways to retain employees. (Email for inquiry)
